Oyo 394 Nana Beach Cha Am - Cha-Am

It was very close to the beach, just across the road. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were fabulous and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was good.

Spent my Christmas on the beach and had a fantastic stay! Room was really comfy with strong WI-FI, and the location couldn't have been better - right across from the sand. The staff at this place were beyond friendly and helpful. They made us feel really looked after. Plus, the room was cleaned to perfection every day.

It wasn't perfect. There wasn't much in the way of amenities in the room. No hairdryer or kettle, no safe for valuables and the soap and toilet paper was thin on the ground. Moreover, there was no lift to the rooms on the upper floor, which was challenging if you have to carry heavy bags. And there was no hot water, which was disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently situated across the road from the beach, providing a great location for beach lovers. Rooms are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is good. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.

There are some facilities that need improvement, such as broken furniture, loud air conditioning, and missing amenities such as hot water and shampoo. Implementation of these small changes would greatly enhance the overall experience.

What a great Easter weekend! the hotel was in a perfect spot, just cross the street and you are at the beach. the rooms were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was great. As for the staff, they were fantastic, friendly, and always willing to help you out with anything you wanted.
